We are looking for a leader to be responsible for designing and implementing the Salesforce related projects that we deliver to our customers.

This role will be hands on working with Salesforce and related cloud technologies, designing and implementing the key technical components of the Salesforce solution. You will share implementation best practices and partner with the Technical Architect to conduct design/code reviews during major project milestones.

You must be able to partner effectively across Archima and our customer organizations and have experience working with technology organizations with exposure to corporate functions at an enterprise-wide and global level.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Design and develop custom solutions on the force.com platform including significant work in Apex, VisualForce, application integration and data migration.
  • Design and implement business technology solutions focused on cloud-based business applications, specifically, Salesforce.com.
  • Involved in developing business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, application configuration, testing and deployment.
  • Works directly with clients to lead projects, facilitates business process analysis sessions, develops and delivers key components of technology solution.
  • Contribute the growth of the practice through leadership, development of solution accelerators, reusable assets and participation and ownership of other operational areas (recruiting, onboarding, training, enablement, etc.).
  • Provide mentoring and guidance to other team members.

Your Professional Experience

  • 4+ years of experience with hands-on technical development/programming, preferably with the Force.com platform.
  • Application development experience Object Oriented programming and related technologies (Javascript, XML, HTML5, iOS, Android, Java, C++, ASP, SQL, Java, Ruby, C#, C++, etc)
  • Understanding of system and data integration architecture and a strong understanding of relational databases (MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, etc.)
  • Experience and understanding of Agile software development methodologies.
  • Salesforce.com Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Advanced Developer, or Technical Architect certifications highly preferred
  • B.S. degree in Computer Science, Business or equivalent years of professional experience in a relevant field

Archima SolutionsLead Salesforce Architect

You will be responsible for the application design, development and support of Salesforce related projects and must demonstrate progressive leadership in the full life cycle of the software development environment. You will be responsible for creating & delivering, in a timely and accurate fashion, solutions using Salesforce/Apex, Force, Visualforce and Java/JavaScript technologies.

Through the use of design diagrams, design documentation and best-practice methodologies; you will be responsible for the detailed design of Salesforce related projects from inception through production support. You will be responsible for ensuring that the system accurately meets the defined expectations of the customer, ensuring that proper testing is implemented, and performance requirements are closely monitored by working with the development teams.

You must be able to partner effectively across the Archima organization and have experience working with customers with sizeable technology organizations with complex programs.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Design efficient solutions for Salesforce related initiatives thru optimizing architecture guidelines and strategies.
  • Guide the Archima delivery team to hit delivery milestones and navigate blocker issues.
  • Validate detailed design and implementation, prioritize teamwork and deliver the best solutions for our customers.
  • Define software design patterns; design Salesforce data models, Lightning and Apex solutions.
  • Lead by example. Write Apex and Lightning solutions alongside the team. Work with ETL and data models.
  • Demonstrate mastery of broad technical knowledge, with emphasis on depth of knowledge in full life cycle application development, middleware technology and n-tier architecture in the Salesforce.com toolset.
  • Mentor and educate others on the Archima team.

Your Professional Experience:

  • 7+ years of software design experience, 5+ years of designing complex, high transaction volume, enterprise-wide business solutions using Salesforce.com tools.
  • Proficiency in programming using Salesforce SFDC, Force.com, Java, JavaScript, and XML and their use in the development of CRM solutions.
  • Strong experience with configuration, customization, programming with APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, and implementing new instances of Salesforce.com from scratch.
  • Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver a CRM solution.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile and DevOps cultures, including tangible experience in CI-CD tool chains
  • Provide hands-on coaching to development teams on the effective leverage of strategic tool chain
  • Excellent customer communications, interaction and presentation skills are required.

We are looking for a proactive Alliance Manager who is able to navigate across the organization and network, and operate in a fast-paced dynamic environment. You build trusted relationships among Salesforce and Archima leadership. Continually articulate Archima’s value proposition to the leadership teams of Salesforce and our other partners. Establish a collaborative environment where key leaders from each organization can meet to identify new market opportunities that drive incremental revenues for all parties involved. This role is perfect for someone interested in bringing people together and able to build trusted relationship, making go-to practice.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Understand the Salesforce global and local organization and ensure good and trusted relationships with the Account Executives, Alliance Management, Pre Sales organization and leadership.
  • Facilitate the collaboration between Archima and Salesforce especially around key industry and clients.
  • Support the alignment between Archima Leadership and Salesforce leadership, and facilitate regular connect around key initiatives and accounts in order to formalize account development plan in collaboration with Salesforce Account Executives.
  • Manage local pipeline and reporting, including reaching the ACV and Managed Fees targets.
  • Help facilitate training for Archima practitioners on Salesforce offerings and help track and plan training and certifications in order to achieve our Certification ambitions.
  • Provide support and oversight to marketing campaign and event execution. Coordinate with colleagues to ensure Archima collateral is up-to-date.
  • Keep the Archima leadership aware of any local market and Salesforce evolutions (competitions, key people, …)
  • Supporting the GTM by supporting GTM Marketing events from Archima or in collaboration with Salesforce.
  • Building a network with other country, regional and global Alliance managers to share and implement best practices.

Your Professional Experience

  • Relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within professional services.
  • Knowledge and experience of Alliance Management and/or Account & Relationship Management beneficial
  • Excellent organizational skills, proactive and ability to use initiative
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Proven experience engaging and managing internal and external stakeholders
